The journal provides a discussion of the legal choices that are raised by the process of economic liberalisation. It compares European and other regional systems, and draws the developments into the larger framework of the World Trade Organisation and other international bodies. The journal provides a process of peer review for articles. Determinations regarding publication are made by academic staff of the University and outside experts.
