This article introduces the latest international arbitration survey conducted by the School of International Arbitration at Queen Mary, University of London. It considers the key factors that influence choices made by corporate counsel about international arbitration. It is based on information received from written responses to questionnaires and interviewees from corporations across multiple jurisdictions, including from within Asia.
