This article considers the extent to which arbitrators can take measures to control expert evidence and its presentation, the measures that are available and the desirability of ordering them. It is based on a paper of the same title delivered by the author to an evening seminar of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch) held in Hong Kong on 26 October 2016.
